3Dfacto has elected the following new board of directors:
Ralf Egede Andersen (Chairman)
Ralf Egede Andersen is former senior executive VP of Tele Denmark (1992-99). In the year’s 1964-87, he had been holding a number of management positions at IBM. Mr Andersen had been (and in some cases still is) the member of a number of boards, including Cisco Systems Denmark (advisory board), Oracle Denmark, several Tele Denmark daughter companies, PCB Systems, Syntax, Tpack and Olicom Ventures.
Kim Wiencken:
Mr. Wiencken is the CEO of Tecmath AG & Blue Order GmbH and came from a position as Director in SAP AG and joined the IT-industry in 1997 in a senior managerial position at Oracle. Before that Mr. Wiencken spent 12 years within management consulting, whereof 7 years as partner. His economic degree was obtained at Copenhagen Business School and managerial education at INSEAD.
Lars Andersen:
Lars has an MSc in marketing and management from Aarhus School of Economics. He was co-founder of Columbus It Partner and as CEO managing the growth to 1000 employees in 25 countries. He made an IPO of the company on Copenhagen stock exchange. He has as entrepreneur founded several IT companies in the last five years.
Ulrik Jørring (Board Observer):
Prior to joining Vækstfonden, Ulrik was managing director in Steria A/S, a part of the IT-services group Steria. He has previously worked in the areas of R&D, marketing, sales, services and general management for Catalog International, Cray Communications and Maconomy, which Ulrik founded together with two colleagues. Ulrik holds a Ph.D from the Technical University of Denmark and an MBA from IMD in Schweiz.
