Based on requests from customers to form a User Group, 3Dfacto invited a number of our customers to an first User Group meeting to survey the purpose of and interested in forming the User Group.
The interest was great and the User Group is now formed. The objective of the User Group is to meet and exchange ideas mainly regarding implementation, rollout and maintenance related to 3Dfacto’s solution.
The User Group will meet every 2-3 months and the member organisations will take turns in hosting the meeting. 3Dfacto will assist with administrative task and the member companies will run the User Group and decide the agenda for the meetings.
